Welcome to the tie website: these are exciting times for Scotland’s transport infrastructure and we’re proud to be part of its development. tie is currently managing the delivery of Edinburgh Trams. This project represents part of a wider strategy by the City of Edinburgh Council and the Scottish Government to improve public transport services, combat increasing congestion and subsequently reduce pollution.

New Chief Executive Appointed

A new Chief Executive has been appointed for tie Limited. Richard Jeffrey is tasked with managing the Edinburgh Tram Project through the construction phase until operation.
